Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve in the State of Madhya Pradesh is famous for tigers as so many documentary have been made in the past covering a number of well known tigers namely Bamera, Rajbhera, Dotty Krishna, Charger, Machhiani, Kankati and others.

During my visit with my better half Sangeeta Goel from 19th June to 26th June 2011 in the 13th and the last safari of the tour i was blessed to have the signature photograph of the leopard. This is all time favourite for me. During the last 3 safaris my son Bharat Goel also joined us.

On the top of the hill opposite the Lord Shiva temple after a long wait we had the lifetime shot. For some reason i could not visit Bandhvgarh till date but memories of the image taken is still fresh and it keeps me reminding as the image is darling of so many well known wildlife photographers of the country.
