The Pench Tiger Reserve is also called as Mowgli land, has a splendid history and is part of the original setting of the much-celebrated “The Jungle Book” by Rudyard Kipling. Situated in the southern part of the Satpura range in Madhya Pradesh, it is named after the Pench River which criss-crosses through the forest from north to south, almost dividing it into equal halves. Pench, is very rich in biodiversity, supports a variety of flora and fauna.

Itinerary Outline:
DAY 1: Arrival at Nagpur, drive to Pench, check-in at resort and evening jungle safari/nature walk
DAY 2: Morning & evening safari in Pench
DAY 3 : Morning safari , check-out from Pench and departure for Nagpur
Grade: Easy. This is a wildlife trip based on mammal (especially Tiger) and bird watching in open top jeeps with walking restricted in the property of lodges where you stay.

DAY 1: Arrival at Nagpur, drive to Pench, check-in at resort and evening jungle safari.
Our representative will meet you on arrival at Nagpur Airport / railway Station. Depart for Pench by Cab (approx 2 hours drive). Check-in at Resort. After lunch, you will be taken for evening Gypsy safari. Late evening at leisure in wilderness.Overnight at resort in Pench. (Meals included : Lunch & Dinner at Pench).
DAY 2: Morning & evening safari in Pench
Start your morning with jungle safari and explore the this famous and rich park. Come back, have breakfast and take some rest. After lunch, proceed for evening safari. Late evening at leisure in wilderness. Overnight at resort in Pench. (Meals included : Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner).
DAY 3: Morning safari, check-out from Pench and departure for Nagpur and board flight/train for home
It’s the last morning of the trip amidst wilderness. Morning starts early with safari. Return to resort after an exciting safari, have breakfast and check out from resort and leave for Nagpur (100 kms). (Meals included- Breakfast at Pench)

Month of April is hot and ideal for tiger Sightings as there are few water bodies left during this season. Temperature ranges from 46-48 degrees celsius to 32-34 degrees celsius
