I have been shooting peacock through camera , in the wild as well as in the wilderness of urban areas for more than a decade .

Some of the photographs have been well appreciated by people and have adorned the pages of books and a number of magazines and websites of Daily News Papers.

For the benefit of the viewers I have selected a number of photographs covering different aspects of their life such as flight, fight ,courtship and motherhood from my treasure house.

It is the male which is called Peacock (National bird of India) and the female is called Peahen and the combined they are called Peafowl.

Enjoy the vibrant colours of the largest pheasant and one of the most beautiful bird in the world.
