Our Agra day tour from Delhi is a perfect match for you to travel to Agra, a city on the banks of the Yamuna river; home to Taj Mahal, the Famous Red Stoned Agra Fort and the Tomb of I’timād-ud-Daulah. This one day tour has been designed in such a way that you get to feel the real India, the lifestyle of the people, witness the different modes of travelling they use. The excitement begins from Delhi itself, as you travel via the train from one of the busiest railway stations of the Capital and being on board, at your comfort.

Sneak peek into the Tour:- You will be picked in the morning from your hotel and dropped at the Hazrat Nizamuddin Station to board the ‘Gatimaan Express’, a semi high speed train to Agra, which departs at 08:10 hours and arrives at the Agra Cantt station at 09:50 hours. The is the first semi-bullet train started from Delhi and it takes just 100 minutes to reach Agra. You will be served with breakfast (choice of Veg/ Non-Veg) in the train, which is included in the train ticket.
As you arrive at the Agra Cantt station, you will be received by our Expert; who will accompany you for sightseeing. Spend about good 2 – 3 hours at the magnificent Taj Mahal, a white colored architecture, fully built using the marble stones. It is an epitome of love.
Like, it is said, the beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder and so does Taj displays various shades any kind of beauty can ever have! The Taj is pinkish in the morning, milky white in the evening, golden when the moon shines. Therefore, ‘The Taj’ surely deserves your visit. It also has lush green gardens in the vicinity which refreshes you much! If time permits our expert will take you to the marble factory.
As per your choice, our guide will recommend you restaurants/ hotels for Lunch. Relax; enjoy your meal and gear up to head to the Agra Fort. The Fort was built in the 16th century and today serves as one of the UNESCO world heritage sites. You can capture beautiful images of Taj Mahal from here as the view is magnificent. The structure encloses various popular monuments, namely Jahangiri Mahal, Shah Jahani Mahal, Diwan-i-Khas and the Diwan-i-Am, Fish Pavilion, Garden of Grapes as well as the Pearl Mosque. You can spend about an hour or two at the Fort and move on to see the Tomb of I’timād-ud-Daulah, also referred to as ‘Baby Taj’ or a ‘Jewel Box’. It is another Mughal mausoleum in the Agra city.
If you have a sweet tooth, do visit the ‘Panchi Petha’ shop for different varieties of Petha (Ash Gourd), one of the famous take away from the Agra city. Head back to the railway station to board the train starting at 17:50 hours as you commemorate your day and arrive back at the Nizamuddin Railway Station at 19:30 hours. Retire for the evening as you will be dropped at your hotel.
