Itinerary Details

Welcome! You start your journey from Delhi, and arrive at Sariska, you will check-in at the resort. After freshening up and having lunch, you will go for an evening jungle safari. Sariska Tiger Reserve, is one of the famous tiger reserves in Northern India. It is home to Tigers, Leopards and other flora and fauna as well. Apart from this, it holds lots of religious and historical importance which dates back to 17th century times. Sariska Tiger Reserve is also known for the peacock beside tigers. You will be going for an evening safari in an open top jeep and usually it will lasts for around 3 to 4 hours. You should be ready with your cameras to take pictures of beautiful herd of cheetal, mesmerising peacocks and various other animals and birds found here. Who knows, if you are lucky, you might just get to see the majestic Tiger. You have an overnight stay at the resort. (Meals included: Lunch and Dinner)

You will start your day with a visit to famous Bhangarh Fort followed by an optional visit to Siliserh lake as upon your desire. Bhangarh Fort, is a 17th century fort is situated in the midst of Aravalli Hills of Alwar district of Rajasthan. Most famously known as ‘Bhoot Bangla’ or the ‘House of Ghosts’ due to innumerable stories. Sayings of people’s spirit surrounds the boundary of the forts is most common to be heard. However, this fort is extremely unique in its own way offering you an insight of the palace and the temples inside. The temple inside the fort is dedicated to Lord Hanuman and Mahadeva. However, these stories are mouth travelled, hence, it is absolutely safe to travel here in the day time. Bhangarh Fort is almost 47 km. from Sariska, which takes an hour and half to reach. Siliserh Lake, is a beautiful lake in the north eastern part of the Rajasthan. It was built by Maharaja Vinay Singh so that water can be channeled to the beautiful and colorful city Alwar. The background of the lake which is by the Aravalli Hills, is so eye pleasing, that lot of tourist make a stopover at this place to breathe nature and its tranquility.

Your day will start with morning safari in Sariska. After the safari ride you will return at the resort, only to get freshen up and breakfast and head back to Delhi. Your morning starts with an exceptional opportunity to appreciate the true nature here with flora and fauna in a open jeep safari. In Sariska, there are ruins of medieval temples and forts, which belong to 10th and 11th century. Pandupol, is another place which you may wish to visit. It is an ancient temple which dates back to the Mahabharata times. It is for sure a call out for all the tourist who visit the place. Since, it is devoted to Lord Hanuman, this place resides hundreds of monkeys and langurs. It is being said, Pandavas chose this place in their exile period thus giving it much valued historical significance. Note – On the basis of the sighting, guide will suggest you to visit the temple. If you have desire to do so, visit to the temple can be arranged regardless of the sighting. After the morning safari you will return for freshening time as well as breakfast and head back to Delhi.
