This year WWF-India (World Wild Life-India) Calendar showcases the spirit of the magnificent Bengal Tiger, the pride and glory of India’s forests.

No doubt the Tiger is the soul of India. This is the reason why every wildlife lover and specially the TIGER lover who likes to have a feel of this specie comes down to Indian wilderness and once he observes in the original habitat ,he likes to come again and again as if DIL MANGE MOR.

But this year, specially during the month of March and beyond because of the Covid -19 pandemic many a visitors who had planned much in advance their visits to various wildlife parks of the country had to cancel their journey as one by one forest authorities closed the parks for keeping SOCIAL DISTANCING so that the disease do not spread out and lead to COMMUNITY TRANSMISSION.

Nature has taught us that there is STRENGTH IN UNITY but in the present scenario it appears that :-
TOGETHER WE MAY BE LOOSER and DIVIDED WE STAND.
STAY HOME (JAAN HAI TO JAHAN HAI) and till than –wait for the next opportunity to get the glimpses for the elusive Cat.
This month my image of TIGER adorns the pages of the Calendar.
